    • The recording must show the condition of the outer packaging, the unboxing process, and the damaged product inside.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Items that have been used or altered are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are non-refundable.
