Alpha i-Trench Small
You can return an Alpha Planters product for merchandise credit within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to a restocking fee. There are a few exceptions:
- Products or items from Alpha Planters that have been specially ordered are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packing, and the customer is responsible for both the original shipping/freight expenses and the return shipping/freight costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to package products securely so they can be returned in the same condition as when they were received. Items damaged during return shipping will not be accepted, and they won’t qualify for a cash refund or store credit either.
- It is the responsibility of the customer or recipient to inspect all shipments and items upon arrival. Any exceptions, including damages, MUST be documented on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
- If an item is received damaged or was transported incorrectly, the customer is also urged to record a video or take images.
- The customer/recipient is completely liable for the goods and costs, and the shipment will not be eligible for a refund or product credit if damages are not reported on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
- Within 24 hours after delivery, customer service must be notified in writing of any damages by calling 9729112345 or emailing alphaplanters@gmail.com.
